Before getting to the numbers I would like to draw reader’s attention to my Database. I would be very grateful for any information on 360 or F430 cars in the UK.
CAP valuations first – they have been marked exactly the same as the prior month so not much to say really other than I still don’t have much faith in their numbers.
Now for the good news (for owners at least) – average asking prices have risen, an impressive 1.41% MoM. The index now stands at 102.47 and is close to getting back to the peak seen in March. The index has been buoyed by new entrants to the market at the top of the scale.
The number of cars for sale actually dropped during June but the number of cars priced above £55k increased slightly with the addition of the first £80k 360 for quite some time. It will be very interesting to see if this car sells – I recall a time when a good Challenge Stradale could be had for this type of money!
Here’s the data cut up in the usual way, noting that that the two green cars are still on the market with one at very strong money. Also note that the split between F1 and Manual transmission is almost 50:50.
Here’s the plot of mileages vs asking prices and we have a new outlier – a very optimistically priced Spider with over 40,000 miles, asking nearly £60k!
Here are the theoretical average asking prices for mileages:
The median mileage has dipped back down again but is hardly worthy of mention.
Although it is nice to see prices firming, I can’t help but think that activity in this market has slowed a touch. I guess we’ll find out in the coming months.
As usual, please do get in touch if you want any specific information.

I just wanted to thank you for your efforts and let you know how much I enjoy this blog. It is extremely worthwhile. I am always curious what the vehicles for sale are like in comparison to my own, especially something so pricey as the £80k car. Is it something to consider to add a link to see the vehicles for sale?
Many thanks
Adam
